has turned himself in. this accident happened just after midnight along veirs mill road. the teenagers were struck from behind by a silver mercedes that stopped at the scene and then drove off. police found the car at the driver's house covered up by a truck. arlington county police have arrested a d.c. man in connection with the feel crash on highway 50. jonathon mendez now faces manslaughter charges. he struck a motorcycle with his car around 9:00 p.m.. the motorcycle driver was fatally injured. mendez is being held in jail without bond. >> coming up, doctors make big changes with the way you're supposed to give cpr. >> and a popular news service.
